Asbestos Safety Awareness Course
Course Introduction
For many years, asbestos was used in various applications due to its strength, fireproof properties, and insulation qualities. Today, we are aware of how dangerous the material can be. The law requires that anyone potentially working near asbestos receives advice on how to identify it; the process to follow when it is found; how to inform the relative bodies; and the safety precautions to take. This course fulfils the legal requirement to inform employees in accordance with the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations and the Approved Code of Practice.
